- We have a Preferred Hauler Agreement with Red Oak Sanitation for trash removal. Please call 678-455-7819 to set-up your service. Make sure you tell them you live in Sugar Mill. Our rate is $19.00 per month. You can also request a 2nd trash cart.
Entry to the Clubhouse, Swimming Amenities and other Areas are secured by resident key card. To obtain a resident key card come to the Management Office, or fill out a Request Form and send it to [email protected].
