Sugar Mill is nestled in between St. Ives and St. Marlo Country Clubs, in the most sought-after school district in the state. We are located off of Abbotts Bridge Road between Highway 141 (Medlock Bridge Road) and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Johns Creek, Georgia.

Sugar Mill is swim and tennis neighborhood with something for everyone. The neighborhood features 10 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, playground, junior Olympic swimming pool, wading pool, water slide, splash pad, play field, nature trails and fishing area. The neighborhood also hosts social events for children, adults and families throughout the year.
