Clubhouse Rental Hours:
- All events must end by 12:00 Midnight. The clubhouse must be cleaned before leaving.
The procedure for renting the clubhouse is as follows:
- Contact Wendy Green at [email protected] or at 770-418-0549 to confirm clubhouse availability for your desired event date.
- Download the Clubhouse Agreement from the Resident Portal and complete the form.
- After Property Manager has confirmed the clubhouse is available, please drop of the form along with payment for the Rental and Deposit. You should write two (2) checks payable to Sugar Mill Residents’ Association, Inc.
- Once the signed agreement and the check are received, your reservation will be confirmed.
- Your electronic card key will allow you access to the clubhouse on the day of your event
