Beautifully maintained and crystal clear, our pool features 6 competition race lanes and a kiddie pool nearby for the little ones. Home of the Sugar Mill Sharks, the pool amenity is the place to be in the warm months.

Installed in 2020, our new Splash Pad has been the hit of the neighborhood for kids of all ages. With everything from kid-drenching buckets to surprise fountains, it keeps you active and cool in the summertime heat.
Waterslide
A longtime staple of Sugar Mill, the waterslide offers a nice cool ride ending in a dedicated slide pool. A favorite of kids and adults alike.
Tennis Center With Pavilion
Featuring Darko Byrd Tennis Academy, our 8 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts (built in 2024) are well-maintained and a thriving source of exercise. Whether you are learning tennis or a competitive player, there’s always room for you.
Lake With Fishing Area
Stocked with fish, this catch-and-release lake is serene and peaceful. A well-manicured grassy area offers a place to relax with family and friends and listen to the waters flow peacefully by.

Bright and colorful, this is the happening spot for your little climbers, jumpers, and sliders. Updated in 2022, we have both toddler and 5-7 year old equipment with baby swings and full-size swings available. Kids of all ages will be happily at play.
